General Tems and Service Conditions
Scope of validity
These General Terms and Service Conditions, after this “Conditions “, apply to the free contents of this site such as Newsletters, Articles, Blog and Social Media Posts, Testimonials, E-Books, Reports, Discovery Calls, Strategy Sessions, after this generally “Content “, and paid digital courses and products, as well as personal teaching and mentoring services, after this generally “Services“.
These Conditions add to any specific provisions of the Services unless anything else has been agreed in writing.
By using the Site Contents and/or Services, you agree to and accept the Conditions.
2. Scope of Content and Services
The Scope of Services results from the Content and Services described on www.julianajoycoaching.com, including any subdomains.
This website offers entertainment on the topic of interpersonal communication and well-being.
You shall not consider any Content and Services as legal or professional advice nor as personal therapy.
You should use them for your own entertainment purposes only.
You acknowledge that you will make your own decisions before acting on any information gained from the Content and Services.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. General
Your satisfaction with your Service is important to me. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing the Services, I have a very strict refund policy.
3.2. Personal Services
You acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Services, provided in person such as, but not limited to, 1-1 or Group Coaching, Masterminds, Energy Healing Sessions, Personal Feedback, unless otherwise otherwise provided by law specified in their description or in writing between Juliana Joy Coaching - Juliana Frank and you.
3.3. Satisfaction Guarantee for Digital Services
3.3.1. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any Service provided in a non-personal digital form (i.e. pre-recorded course, PDF, e-book etc.) you can have a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Your satisfaction with your purchase is important for us, but we also want you to give your best to watch and apply the content.
To receive a refund you must:
(1) have completed at least 80% of the content.
(2) submit a refund request form completely filled in within 30 days from your purchase.
You will receive a refund confirmation per email within 2 working days.
3.3.2. You further acknowledge that the Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply in following cases:
(1) Redundant content. I am using a signature method and I don’t think you’ll get the same information elsewhere. If you think the content of any digital Service is redundant or you got similar information from other source, please show me this source and information. In your best interest, we will look into it and make sure you compare apples to apples. If this is the case, I´ll happily rise a full refund on goodwill basis.
(2) If the digital Service includes a personal Service i.e. Personal Feedback, Personal Action Plan or a Live Q/A Call, the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee expires as soon as you use of the personal Service.
For example, the Bring Him Closer Energetic Framework offers a Personal Feedback / Action Plan as a bonus. When you request the Personal Feedback you acknowledge that the Satisfaction Guarantee expires immediately and no refund claims can be made.
(3) Incorrect purchase or just a change of mind are not a subject of the satisfaction guarantee.
4. Privacy Policy
While using my Contents and Service, I may ask you to provide me with certain, personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (further “Personal Data”).
Such Personal Data may include but is not limited to your name and e-mail address as well as cookies and usage data.
I may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and offers that may be of interest to you.
In particular, you understand and agree that by entering your name and e-mail address, you are subscribing to my e-mail newsletter.
You can opt-out from receiving any promotional communication from me at any time by following the link at the bottom of the newsletter. Or, you may write to julianajoycoaching@gmail.com too, and I will unsubscribe you right away.
The security of your Personal Information is important to me, and remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While I strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
In some cases (i.e. order, payment, course platform) I do not process Your information in-house, but give it to third-party processors for processing. For example, when PayPal takes Your payment information, they are a third-party processor. They process Your payment and remit the funds to me. So in some instances, it will be necessary to transmit Your information to a third-party processor, as I do not have the capability to perform these functions.
5. Copyright
I retain all rights to the written, recorded and spoken information in the Content and Services provided.
By using Contents and purchasing and using Services, you recognise these rights and agree not to make the information contained in the Services, either in whole or in part, available to any third party without written permission.
Any further usage or creation of derivative works of Contents of Services is prohibited, and you explicitly agree to it.
6. Warranty
I do not make any warranties of any kind in connection to the materials on the site. Further, I do not warrant that transmission of the Contents will not be interrupted, nor do I warrant that the materials will contain no errors, nor that they will be accurate. I do not warrant that the website itself or the server which transmits it will be free of viruses or anything else that might be harmful. You alone assume all risk associated with the use of the site, including the full cost of any necessary repair or service to your computer.
7. Ability to use the services
The Content and Services are not intended to be viewed by minors or anyone under the age of 18. By entering this site, you agree that you are over the age of 18.
8. Exclusion of Liability
I shall not be liable in any way whatsoever (including, but not limited to, negligence) for any special or consequential damages resulting from your use of Content and Services.
Should the liability exclusion not be applicable by law, my total liability to you for losses, damages, causes of action, and/or negligence shall not exceed the total amount paid by you (if any) for Content and Services.

You have no right to confidentiality unless otherwise explicitly stated, such as in a subsequent client agreement, or otherwise implicitly agreed upon as mandated by law.

The Content and Services related materials are provided for entertainment use only. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless this website and Juliana Joy Coaching - Juliana Frank for any direct or indirect loss or conduct incurred as a result of Your use of Content or Services and any related communications, including as a result of any consequences incurred from technological failures such as a payment processor error(s) or system failure(s).
While We may reference certain results, outcomes or situations on this website, You understand and acknowledge that We make no guarantee as to the accuracy of third-party statements contained herein or the likelihood of success for You as a result of these statements or any other statements anywhere on this website. We expressly disclaim any and all responsibility for any actions or omissions You choose to make as a result of using this website, Content and / or Services.
You acknowledge and agree that We are not liable for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any other participant or user, including You.
10. Place of Jurisdiction
I am based in Germany and work under the conditions of German laws. Place of Jurisdiction for any disputes arising is Stuttgart, Germany.
