1. I didn’t receive anything after purchase

What’s the problem?

You didn’t get the email with your course details.

Why does this happen?

  • The email might be in your spam or junk folder.

  • A typo in your email address during checkout.

  • You may have used a secondary or work email at checkout.

  • If you closed the window during order customization, the system needs up to 60 minutes to process your order.

What should you do?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Go to the log-in page (see below) and go for “forgot your password” using your email address. If you get a “no account with such email” error, then we have to correct your email address.

  • If it’s been over an hour and you still haven’t seen it, let us know to confirm your purchase details.

2. I can’t find the login link.

  • Click here to access the login page.

  • Use the “Forgot Password” option to reset your login credentials if needed.

3. I’m having trouble with video playback.

What’s the problem?

The course videos aren’t playing or loading properly.

Why does this happen?

  • Browser or internet connectivity issues.

  • Videos sometimes take a few seconds to load.

What should you do?

  • Wait 15 seconds to see if the video loads.

  • Clear your browser cache or restart your browser.

  • Check your internet connection or try using a different browser or device.


4. I didn’t make this purchase.

What’s the problem?

You’re seeing an accidental or unauthorized charge.

What should you do?

  • Contact us with your transaction details so we can investigate.

  • If needed, we’ll issue a refund.

  • Update your account password for extra security.

5. I got logged out during my session.

What’s the problem?

You were logged out or your session timed out.

Why does this happen?

Sessions may time out for security reasons or due to an unstable internet connection.

What should you do?

  • Log back in with your credentials.

  • Save your progress regularly to avoid losing updates.

  • Ensure your internet connection is stable while accessing the course.

6. Some content seems to be missing.

What’s the problem?

You’re unable to find a specific lesson or module.

Why does this happen?

The content may still be in draft mode and not yet published.

What should you do?

  • If you’re missing lessons, contact support to verify your course setup.

  • Our team will check and publish the lesson.
